The User’s shall not download (other than page caching) the site or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of the omanreference.com.

The User’s shall not indulge in any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The Site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of the omanreference.com.

The User’s shall not use any Meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the site name or trademarks or logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without the express written consent of the omanreference.com.

The contents included on the site such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, is the exclusive property of the omanreference.com or its respective content suppliers and protected by Indian and International Copyright laws.

The omanreference.com trademarks and trade address shall not be used in any manner or in connection with any product or service that is not of the omanreference.com or that is likely to cause confusion among customers or in any manner that disparages or discredits the omanreference.com and the site. The user’s shall not post or transmit any content or information, in whatever form they may be contained, that is defamatory, blasphemous, abusive, obscene, sexually oriented, profane, intimidating, illegal or in violation of the rights of any person, including intellectual property rights and more importantly against Oman’s national interest. No content or information shall contain details or particulars of any of the competitors of the omanreference.com, including their contact details. The User’s shall not post or transmit any content, information or trademarks without the prior consent of the person holding its proprietary or licensed rights. The omanreference.com will not in any way be responsible or answerable to any action brought by any person arising out of the acts as described above. The Courts at Ernakulam alone will have jurisdiction to try all disputes arising from this Terms and Conditions and related matters and the law applicable shall be Indian Laws.
